With "Harmonies" Lord Echo aka Mike Fabulous, known from the New Zealand formations Black Seeds and Fat Freddy's Drop, completed his groove trilogy in 2017

Like before with "Melodies" (2010) and "Curiosities" (2013), Mike Fabulous interlaced Afro, a bit of Motown, dreamy soul, beautiful vocals, ethio-funk, Caribbean disco moments, reggae, psychedelic dub on his third album, Blaxploitation, flowing bass runs, Latin, spiritual jazz, electronic music, heated claps and sounds of the sixties to a harmoniously wafting, softly driving and casually grooving whole that is perfectly suited for use at stylish parties.
