Senator Briggs, as he is affectionately known, is one of the biggest influences on Australian hip hop and culture. His sound, story and influence has sprawled into every facet of the Australian zeitgeist.
ShepLife was a shift in his musical direction, it was a mature diversion into a space that talked about the lives of First Nations communties, regional communities and the all too common misconceptions that comes with being from both.
